As you may have seen on our YouTube channel we have around 22,000 litres of black K1 media. This is perfect for either static or moving bed systems. This K1 was ordered from china, and has sat in 1 ton ton bags for around 12 months. This K1 has NEVER been in a pond, but we would recommend a dosage of Potassium Permanganate before usage ( you should do this anyway). The only reason we recommend using PP ( Potassium Permanganate) is due to this sitting outside in the elements.
